For a long time, the Contra Costa County Court in Martinez did not charge a filing fee or the cost of a certified copy when filing a Qualified Domestic Relations Order ("QDRO"). That is no longer the case. Make sure you include a $20.00 filing fee and the cost of a certified copy.
